What we will not supply, and why
The limits we hold ourselves to, stated plainly so there is no ambiguity about what we do.
It is easier to understand a supplier by what they refuse than by what they advertise. These are our limits, and they are not negotiable regardless of order value.
We do not supply for human or animal use
Everything we sell is research use only. We will not knowingly supply material to anyone who indicates it is intended for administration to a person or an animal, and an order will be cancelled and refunded if that becomes apparent.
This applies no matter how the enquiry is framed — personal use, a friend, a client, a practitioner, or research that on inspection is nothing of the kind.
We do not give guidance on use in living subjects
We will not supply protocols, quantities, schedules, routes or comparisons framed around administration. We will not answer those questions by email, by phone, through the research console on this site, or anywhere else, and the console is built so that it cannot.
This is not evasiveness. We are not qualified to give that advice, it would be unlawful for us to do so, and the material is not suitable for it.
We do not state figures we have not had verified
A purity figure appears against a product only where an independent laboratory has produced it for that specific batch. Where a batch has not been through that process, no figure is given — rather than a figure repeated from elsewhere as though it were our own finding.
We do not supply controlled substances
We do not handle anything controlled under the Misuse of Drugs Act, and we do not supply materials subject to licensing we do not hold. Where a compound’s regulatory status is unclear, we take advice before listing it rather than afterwards.
We do not make therapeutic claims
No product page, email, advertisement or article on this site states or implies that any material treats, prevents, cures or improves any condition. Where research literature is referenced, it is described as research, with its limits stated.
If this makes us the wrong supplier
Then we are the wrong supplier, and that is a perfectly acceptable outcome. We would rather lose an order than hold a line loosely.
